Grande Mar Azul is a up and coming Lifestyle & Holiday Estate

We started this development in 2003. The aim and objective of this development is to, as far as possible, preserve the unspoiled nature of natural beauty of the environment and that buildings and infrastructure from a distance blend-in or are camouflaged within the environment. The objective, in particular, is to avoid scarring of the landscape as far as possible.

We aim to achieve this, in terms of the built environment, by using specific materials and colours.

The guidelines will permit owners maximum freedom with regard to design expression, whilst retaining the benefits of overall harmony for the entire development, through restrictions on basic materials, fenestration, colour and finishes.

The natural slope of the land is to be retained as far as possible. Site development for each dwelling is to relate to natural slope or features, thus ensuring that cut and fill are kept to a minimum.
