B&B Workshop

This project was a turn key project for the construction of a new workshop in the Malelane Area. 

The workshop size was more or less 3800sqm on floor area. When we started it was a vacant space. We started with the cleaning of the site, water and electricity connection and placement of the Workshop position on site as to the clients satisfaction.

We then dug and poured the foundations also installing the I-Beam positions as the roof and half the sides of the building was steel construction.

We then started with construction of the I-Beam uprights and roof trusses. This was a mammoth task as the knock of the building is 6m in hight.

Once that was done we proceed with the drawing up the walls, installing the roof and cladding the building with IBR sheets. This construction process took us three months in total. 

We build a office space with a upper level for storage in the front inside quarter of the building. Sliding entrance doors, windows, normal entrance doors and entrance ramps into the workshop. 

The project was not the easiest as it commenced in the rainy season and as all projects it had its challenges but in the end this project was one of my favorite as the finished product was a beacon of hope and a new beginning for the client.
