Estell House

This project was special. This is the SARS building in the main street of Manzini.

The objective of this project was to give the building a unique and modern appearance to be identified easily.

This louvre system that we installed also ads to the temperature control of the building as the lenth of the building faces east and it gets full sun for most of the day.

The building is three storeys high. We started by installing the frame work to the building. This was a precise task and took the majority of time. There is a 3mm variance on the horizontal struts from one end to the other, taking into consideration that building is 40m x 60m and three storeys high.

If the vertical and horizontal struts is out more than 3mm from top to bottom and ons side to the other the louvres does not fit correctly or at all. This build is also a corner building. So it is visible from four angles. The esthetic of this jab was crucial to the success of the project.

Once we had fitted the mounting structure to the building we had to install the louvres. This was the satisfying part as once the decorative louvres went on, the whole building changed and you felt the excitement of the upgrade. 

The project was completed in two weeks and the end product was a success. Accuracy and speed made the difference in this project.
